CONTROL MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
In 2012 Co.El. adopted a new ERP, a software that allow the whole management control of the company (production, accounts, costs, traceability, quality and CRM).
The production and quality processes are based on a SPC software that allow the measurement of the performances of the processes compared to the product requirements. In this way the goods obtained completely satisfy the client standards.
